About
Hi, I'm Tim. I forget things.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 38. Before that I spent two decades thinking I was lazy, disorganised, and somehow worse than everyone else at being a functioning adult.
After the diagnosis I did what every newly-diagnosed ADHD adult does: I bought 14 productivity apps. Notion. Todoist. Things. Sunsama. The whole carousel. Each one worked for about a week.
The problem was never the app. The problem was that I had to remember to open it at the exact moment I needed it — and that's the one thing my brain absolutely will not do.
One day I stuck a $1.50 NFC sticker on my door frame. I tapped it with my phone on the way out and a checklist appeared: keys, wallet, meds, badge, door locked. I haven't forgotten my work badge since.
That was the moment ADHD On Tap started. I built the whole system — the 15 setups, the shortcuts, the placement guides — for the version of me who needed this three years ago.
If your brain works like mine, this is for you.
